The Rowlands Castle History & Heritage will as always be holding a Pop-Up Museum in the Church-on-the-Green, some new History Boards, further items from the Ted Redsull Archive on display, displaying the Village as it was in the past.
The Model Railway, will, as always on display, no matter how many times you may have seen it, there is always something ‘new’ to discover, a small detail, a cat, vegetables growing in one of the gardens, items of washing on a line, what will you find this year?
There will be of course be things for our younger visitors, including a ‘how many quiz’ for the children to fill in, Colouring pictures for all ages, ‘larger children’ may not necessary win a prize, but all efforts are equally encouraged.
Volunteers will be on hand to explain & answer your questions, about the Model and the War Years in the village, and of all the other actives the RCHH has throughout the year.
If you are interested in Village’s History and would like to join us we are always looking for new recruits and helpers, find out more on Saturday.
The Church will a full range of Refreshments available, Tea/Coffee, Soft Drinks, and of course Cake, who can resist Homemade Cake, tuck-in before they all go.
The weather looks as if it will be OK so come along and enjoy our offerings and all the others on the Green itself. Look forward to welcoming you all then.
