Castle United Football Club
Castle United football club was founded in 2009 and have one team competing in the Havant Sunday Football League. They achieved chartered status accreditation in 2011 and have two FA qualified coaches. All the home games are played on Sunday mornings at the recreation ground and they welcome everyone to come and support the club.

Rowlands Castle Walking Football
This fun and healthy social activity designed for men over 50 and women over 40 will take place every Tuesday evening at 6.30pm BST in the Rowlands Castle recreation ground (weather permitting), preceded on 31st March 2026 by a welcome event in the pavilion at 6pm. It is open to all ability levels and no previous football experience is required. New enquiries are welcome and it is currently free of charge to play. The gold club has limited vacancies for new members. They have lessons for beginners. Our club professional is James Moore.
Rowlands Castle Tennis Club
All standards of players and all ages are welcomed. Come along to one of the club nights on Mondays or Fridays at 6 pm from April to September or contact the Secretary on secretary@RowlandsCastleTennisClub.org for further details about the club. There are lots of social and fun events as well as competitions and league matches.

Castle Court Badminton Club, Rowlands Castle
The badminton club are a small, mixed, sociable group of mostly retired folk who play badminton between 8pm and 10 pm on Thursday evenings (between September and May) in the Parish Hall, Links Lane, Rowlands Castle. If you are looking for an enjoyable way to get some exercise and think badminton might be for you, why not come along and give it a try. Trial evenings are free and they also play doubles so you will not be by yourself on court! Evenings usually end with an (optional) visit to the local pub.

Wellbeing Walks
Administered by The Ramblers and East Hampshire District Council. A walk of 1-1/2 hours led by trained volunteers starts from the Village Green, near the WI notice board, every Wednesday at 10am, except the 1st Wednesday of every month when the ramblers meet at Havant Thicket car park. Gentle Chair Exercises

Pilates
Mat-based form of exercise, focusing on stretching and strengthening the whole body, including the upper body, legs and core muscles. It will help improve posture, balance, nobility and muscle tone, whilst promoting a strong and flexible spine, health and well-being.
