Dear Grapevine readers,
At last year’s Rowlands Castle Village Fair, we served chicken and chorizo paella in the early evening, just as the main BBQ was winding down — and it proved extremely popular.
This year, on Saturday 4th July, we’re hoping to build on that success by preparing even more portions.
To make this possible, we’re looking to borrow a couple of large paella pans, ideally in the region of 100–115cm in diameter, for the day.
If anyone is aware of pans we might be able to borrow, we would be very grateful to hear from you. The less we need to spend on equipment, the more we can contribute to local good causes.
