Just a reminder that the next meeting of the Coffee Club, organised by Rowlands Castle u3a, will take place at the Castle Inn, on Wednesday 10th June at 11am, in the Restaurant area.
Members of the u3a will be there to welcome you as a guest. There is no fixed end time and people can leave whenever they wish.
Rowlands Castle u3a has about 170 members. It is primarily aimed at people who are no longer in full-time work and are retired or semi-retired. The majority of the u3a members are in their “third age” but younger people who are not in full time , part-time or indeed currently, any employment are also very welcome to join.
The activities of the u3a include a monthly talk at the Parish Hall, the coffee club, trips, a summer and Christmas party and access to the large number of groups that we run, ranging from walking and cycling to wine tasting and philosophy. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about who we are and what we do, and you may even choose to join our organisation.
This is now a regular event on the second Wednesday of every month but we will advertise the date on Grapevine before each occasion.
