Please note that the Rec Ground field will be closed first thing tomorrow morning, Friday 21st July, to allow for herbicide treatment. There will be no access to the main car park, grassed areas or play equipment from 7.30am until 10.30am whilst the treatment takes place. Use of the tennis courts will not be affected and the disabled parking bays will remain accessible.
We apologise for the short notice but the weather conditions are suitable and it is preferable to carry out the treatment before the school holidays begin.
The Recreation Ground will reopen once the contractors have left, at around 10.30am.
