Rowlands Castle Scarecrow Trail
Saturday 21st – Sunday 29th October 2023 (9am-5pm daily)
Theme: ‘Book & Comic characters’
The annual Rowlands Castle Scarecrow Trail, brought to you once again by the St John’s Primary School PTA.
There’s a huge choice for everyone with this year’s theme. Depending on your era, how about older favourites such as Mr Darcey from Pride & Prejudice, Aslan from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe or Dennis the Menace from the Beano or newer, popular ones like the Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games, the granny from Gangsta Granny or Captain America from the Marvel Comics?!
To enter a scarecrow
* Email scarecrows@stjohnspta.com your chosen ‘Book & Comic character’ (first-come, first-served) * We shall reply with confirmation, entry form, payment details etc * £10 entry fee * Deadline to enter Monday 2nd October 2023
Prizes to be won in 3 categories People’s Choice – Rowlands Castle Pharmacy Trophy £100 Judge’s Pick – trophy sponsorship still available! Best Eco Scarecrow – Rowlands Castle Home Hardware Trophy £100
A trail map will be available to buy as usual.
