The first Rowlands Castle History & Heritage meeting of the season will be *this* *Tuesday, October 21^st *, and will feature a talk by *Brian Tomkinson*, member of the RCHH management team. To mark “Railway 200”, the anniversary year of the beginning of the modern railway system, Brian will be giving a talk entitled “Rowlands Castle – The coming of the Railway – a social history”. The talk will focus on how the railway affected the development of the village and its people.
The meeting starts at *7:30pm in the large Parish Hall*, non-members are very welcome; entrance is £5 to non-members but is free to members.
