After 13 years of meritorious service to Rowlands Castle Parish Council our Clerk, Lisa Walker, has decided to step down from her role at the end of this Financial Year to pursue new interests. Her resignation is effective from the end of March but she will actually stand down in mid-March, owing to the need to take all leave due, and will attend her last meeting as Clerk on Monday 3rd March.  Councillors wish to place on record their immense appreciation of her work over those 13 years and through some challenging times; she has made an enormous contribution both to our business, not least with her wide-ranging knowledge of Local Government procedures, and also to the wider community within the Parish. She will be greatly missed and leaves the Council with our very best wishes for the future, whatever it brings. The process of finding her successor has now commenced.
