The Rowlands Castle U3A is setting up a Pilates Class to be taught by a good qualified teacher at 3.30 to 4.30 on Tuesdays in St Johns Church Centre. The cost is £68.80 for an 8 week course, that is £8.60 per lesson. You will need to be a U3A member but membership is only £11.50 at the moment because annual subscriptions (£23) are not due until April 2026.
