Active for life-is continuing for Another 10 weeks!
We’re delighted to announce our Active for life for adults aged 60+ will be continuing for another 10-week block.
Our current participants have made incredible progress in their strength, balance and confidence and we’re excited to keep that momentum going.
If you have been part of the current program, you’re welcome to rejoin and continue building on your achievements. If you’re new this is a great opportunity to start. The sessions are friendly small-groups and tailored to your ability.
New 10 week block starts 12/11/2025 £20 per session or £150 for a 10 session pass Physio-logical,Stansted Park, PO9 6DU
Spaces are limited to 4 participants per class, so booking early is recommended.
