Rowlands Castle Association
The aim of the Association is to conserve the character of Rowlands
Castle, to provide a channel of communication on matters of local

The "Grapevine"
The Grapevine is an email list managed by the Rowlands Castle
Association for the circulation of urgent news and information of

Remembrance Sunday
On the 11th day of the 11th Month (Friday in 2011) the Union
Flag is lowered at 11 am on the Village Green for 2 minutes silence to
honour those who fought for our freedom.
Rowlands Castle Police Beat Surgery
The Police Beat Team holds
a surgery in the centre of the village every four weeks on Saturday
morning from 10 to 11am. Look for the police van parked near the Cafe
and Londis shop. Future dates for 2011 are 30/07, 27/08, 24/09, 22/10,
19/11 and 17/12.
Streetwatch
Street Watch is run by local residents promoting good citizenship and
supporting a stronger community. The scheme is fully supported by
Hampshire Police. Please consider giving 2 hours per month to support
your local community.
